Scum VP Loth-cats Worlds 2019

This is a variation of the Scum VP lists that were very popular during and after the Spectre Cell era, which drops the slot commonly attributed to elite Weequays for a set of elite Loth-cats with Beast Tamer. This introduces some tension in the command card deck regarding trait synergy since they are not Hunters or Smugglers, but with minimal support (power token they give themselves, Deathblow, Element of Surprise, etc.) they are still deadly. Using Beast Tamer and Pounce, they can attack from 13 spaces away, making them impossible to escape. The rest of the list plays a victory points stategy with VP command cards, Sabine Wren playing Rebel Graffiti, Jabba, and a few strong attackers that can get a couple of kills to get to 40.
